Operations Expert Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced operations professional to join our team in Pune, India. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering strategic outcomes and ensuring the smooth transition of S2 into our organization's goals, processes, and technologies.

About the Job

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations, with experience in clearing and settlement processing, project methodologies, and change management. They should possess excellent communication skills, be able to simplify complex activities, and demonstrate persistence in driving quality and excellence.

  1. Manage end-to-end clearing and settlement processes.
  2. Support interfaces with internal and external stakeholders.
  3. Perform trade date to settlement date processes and post-settlement date processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong background in operations with experience in clearing and settlement processing, project methodologies, and change management.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Able to simplify complex activities.
  • Demonstrate persistence in driving quality and excellence.
