Junior Influencer Specialist Job Description

We are seeking an experienced individual to assume the role of Junior Influencer Specialist, responsible for creating and managing relationships with social media influencers across various categories in India.

Negotiate commercials and campaign collaborations with influencers to maximize brand awareness and engagement.Prepare detailed campaign reports in Excel and PowerPoint, illustrating key metrics and trends, and presenting findings to stakeholders.Coordinate expectations and manage quality and timely delivery from influencers and internal teams, ensuring seamless project execution.Maintain a database of top influencers across categories in India, tracking their performance and relevance, and providing regular updates to stakeholders.Plan and execute successful influencer marketing campaigns, leveraging digital channels to reach target audiences and drive brand growth.Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, or a related field, demonstrating a strong foundation in marketing principles and strategies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with outstanding presentation-making abilities, enabling effective collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
  • A passion for the internet and digital technologies, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in an agency or similar environment, having worked on influencer marketing campaigns and managed relationships with social media influencers.
  • The ability to decode trends and analytics from data, with a problem-solving attitude, making informed decisions to optimize campaign performance.
  • A strong desire to build successful collaborations with influencers, driving brand awareness and engagement.
