Job Title: Senior Atlassian Administrator

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to assume responsibility for administering our Atlassian tools, specifically JIRA and Confluence. The successful candidate will leverage their extensive technical expertise to optimize our workflows, resolve project-specific blockers, and drive productivity.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Must have strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts effectively to diverse stakeholders.
  • Should possess in-depth experience in Atlassian tool administration, including Server and Cloud versions.
  • Should be adept at troubleshooting logs and resolving critical technical issues during P1 incidents.
  • Must be proficient in assessing and evaluating third-party Atlassian Marketplace plugins for optimal integration and functionality.
  • Should be skilled in designing, modifying, and optimizing JIRA workflows, screens, issue types, custom fields, schemes, and issue indexing.
  • Must be able to conduct in-depth analysis and documentation of existing functionalities to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
  • Should exhibit a solutions-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Must facilitate effective knowledge sharing and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to drive productivity and innovation.
