Snaphunt is a holistic career discovery platform that enables students to discover themselves and their ideal careers. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations and Support Specialist to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with customers to schedule counselling sessions with our team of experts.
- Manage the schedules of our counsellors and ensure seamless connection with customer requirements.
- Resolve any challenges that arise before, during, and after counselling sessions.
- Handle customer grievances, complaints, and ensure their experience is corrected with the right service.
- Collect customer feedback through calls and videos, and gather reviews and testimonials.
- Create dashboards and reports for our corporate partners.
- Conduct briefing calls with new customers to educate them about our platform.
- Support the sales team in executing up-selling and relationship-building strategies with new and existing customers.
- Reach out to past customers to understand their additional challenges and provide them with relevant research and information through our content team.
Requirements
- At least 0.6 months of experience in a Sales Operations or Sales Support role, preferably in the Ed Tech and FinTech industry.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Working knowledge of customer support and sales operations.
- Ability to adapt to changing environments and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with numerical data.
