Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned tax expert to join our team as a Tax Professional in the Technology, Media & Telecommunications sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic tax advice and delivering Indirect Tax solutions that align with global compliance and reporting frameworks.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide strategic tax advice to clients in the TMT sector (Technology, Media & Telecommunications) to drive business growth and minimize tax liabilities.
  2. Deliver Indirect Tax solutions that align with global compliance and reporting frameworks, ensuring seamless integration with existing tax policies.
  3. Analyze tax laws and policies to inform business decisions and optimize tax strategies.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective tax risk management and regulatory compliance strategies.
  5. Develop and deliver transformative tax strategies that improve operational performance and drive business success.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • CA or LLB qualification or equivalent professional certification.
  • In-depth knowledge of Indirect Tax and TMT sectors, including tax laws, regulations, and industry trends.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex tax data and develop creative solutions.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working with diverse stakeholders and teams.
  • Experience with global tax compliance and regulatory frameworks, with a strong understanding of international tax laws and regulations.
