About This Role

  • You will be a key member of our team responsible for executing impactful brand campaigns by working closely with clients, internal teams, and production partners to bring creative ideas to life.
  • Collaborate with the Creative team to ideate on concepts, using insights about the client, brand, and business to create the right solutions.
  • Lead the execution of these ideas and handle all their moving parts along with a team of juniors, within set timelines and budgets.
  • Liaise with clients as the main point of contact to ensure that ideas and their execution are progressing in sync with the brand vision and business objectives.
  • Brainstorm, collaborate, and drive ideation for our projects, regularly researching industry trends, new technologies, audiences, and brand campaigns to stay inspired and ahead of the curve.
  • Prepare detailed campaign reports to capture learning from each project or campaign.

Qualifications and Skills Required

  • Prior experience of 2-4 years in events, experiential marketing, or media is essential.
  • A strong interest in pop culture, including both mainstream and independent sub-cultures growing across India and the world.
  • Excellent teamwork, work ethic, and ability to get things done. Self-motivated, honest, proactive, and always willing to go the extra mile to meet expectations.
  • Able to face challenges with confidence and figure out how to get things done, knowing that the team has your back and will support you.
  • Always looking to learn from clients, analysis of past trends, other parallel industries, and team members.
