Senior Marketing Performance Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Marketing Performance Specialist to spearhead our paid marketing initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through data-driven performance marketing strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
- Conduct in-depth audience research and create targeted campaigns to drive conversions, leads, and brand awareness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop ad creatives, copy, and formats that resonate with our target audience.
- Optimize campaign performance by analyzing metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS, and making data-driven decisions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor strategies to inform our marketing approach.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience managing performance campaigns on social media platforms.
- Hands-on expertise with Business Manager and Facebook Ads Manager.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, including CPC, CPM, ROAS, and attribution models.
- Ability to analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and make informed decisions quickly.
- Proven track record of delivering high-impact marketing campaigns that drive business results.
