Beauty Performance Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities:- Campaign Planning: Develop and execute strategies across digital and marketplace platforms, manage resources effectively, and optimize for key metrics such as revenue, customer acquisition cost, and return on ad spend.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze campaign performance data, generate actionable insights, and implement retargeting and remarketing strategies to improve conversion rates.
- Creative Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to create high-performing content, recommend improvements to enhance campaign effectiveness, and drive business growth.
- A minimum of 3-6 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in direct-to-consumer or e-commerce environments.
- Hands-on expertise with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Amazon Marketing Services.
- Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, or similar platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to scale campaigns, improve return on ad spend, and drive business growth.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
