We are seeking a skilled retail professional to join our team and play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized product recommendations and outstanding customer service
  • Inspect incoming products and manage inventory efficiently to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Oversee daily store operations, including product displays, cleanliness, and checkout processes

Role Description:

  • Support customers with in-store promotions and brand introductions, enhancing their shopping experience
  • Assist part-time staff with product knowledge and customer service training to drive sales growth
  • Contribute to product curation and merchandising decisions based on customer feedback and trends, ensuring the store remains competitive

Qualifications & Preferred Traits:

  • A minimum of 0-2 years of experience in retail or customer-facing roles, preferably in beauty or related industries
  • A strong passion for K-beauty and awareness of current beauty trends
  • Excellent communication skills and a bright, positive attitude
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Located in commutable distance to Gurugram, Haryana, India
