Content Creation Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Content Creation Expert to join our team. As a key member of our content creation unit, you will be responsible for crafting compelling product descriptions, bullet points, and category content that align with our seasonal campaigns.

The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong command of the English language. You will work closely with our merchandising, buying, and design teams to understand product unique selling points (USPs) and develop content that showcases these features.

Responsibilities:

  • Craft engaging and SEO-optimised product descriptions and bullet points.
  • Develop compelling category and promotional content aligned with seasonal campaigns.
  • Maintain consistency of voice across various platforms.
  • Proofread and edit content to ensure accuracy and brand alignment.

Requirements:

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in content writing, preferably in retail or e-commerce.
  • Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work to style guides.
  • Proven experience writing for Jewellery, Beauty, Home, or Lifestyle sectors.
  • A proactive, adaptable attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with SEO principles and content optimisation techniques.
