We're on a mission to make life easier for parents and schools by providing a seamless experience through our platform.

As a Platform Success Executive, you'll be the driving force behind strengthening our connections with schools and parents.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with schools and activity providers across the city
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by onboardings schools onto our platform, explaining how it works and gathering accurate information about their classes
  • Verify class schedules, fees, and other details over phone and WhatsApp
  • Provide timely feedback to parents who submitted an inquiry, asking how their experience was, whether the school contacted them, and how we can help further
  • Maintain basic reports of your outreach and feedback

This role requires:

  • Strong spoken communication in English
  • Friendly, empathetic, and confident over phone and WhatsApp
  • Able to follow a process, use templates, and update basic records
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
  • Comfortable with using spreadsheets, email, and web-based tools

PREFERRED SKILLS

  • Prior experience in customer support, inside sales, or school communication roles
  • Education: Graduate (any stream), or currently pursuing studies and available part-time
  • Candidates with an educational background will be given preference
