Enterprise Engineering Leader

Drive platform engineering success by overseeing the delivery of strategic initiatives.

  • Oversee the execution of a forward-thinking platform engineering roadmap, partnering with cross-functional teams to foster a collaborative environment.
  • Ensure transparent communication and stakeholder alignment across all levels, establishing clear expectations around shared outcomes and customer satisfaction.
  • Apply data-driven decision-making to drive AI-first program thinking, grounding decisions in metrics and structured narratives to ensure strategic alignment.
Key Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience as an Enterprise TPM, preferably in SaaS/Cloud architecture.
  • Strong technical foundation in system design and architecture, distributed systems, microservices architecture, API design principles, performance, scalability, and security.
  • Knowledge of authentication vs authorization, enterprise integrations, SSO protocols, identity and access management frameworks, multi-factor authentication, and role-based access control.
  • Exposure to APM tools like Datadog.
