Content Associate Role

The foundation aims to improve education quality in government schools by supporting teachers, partnering with district administrations, and simplifying data collection and analysis.

Our established model has shown tangible improvements in outcomes, impacting over 4 million students across 33 districts.

This full-time role involves creating and managing content, conducting research, and ensuring effective communication. The associate will curate educational materials, manage web content, and support the implementation of content strategies aligned with the organization's goals.

As a Content Associate, you'll:

  • Curate and develop engaging educational content for our Vinoba App
  • Drive teacher and student engagement through storytelling, poetry recitation, reading, and more
  • Support community growth, program execution, and digital content marketing
  • Collaborate with educators, field teams, and administrators to strengthen impact

We look for graduates with experience in content curation, curriculum design, or digital engagement, proficient in English, Hindi, and Marathi.

Key Responsibilities:

  3. Support strategic initiatives for digital content marketing
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive program success

Requirements:

  • Graduate degree in Education, Communications, or related field

  • Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi languages
