We are seeking a skilled professional to manage and deliver HR-related law courses. This is a full-time, remote opportunity for candidates with a background in Law or Human Resource Management.

As a successful candidate, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing live classes and interactive sessions, providing ongoing learner support throughout the course duration, assisting in creating, reviewing, and curating course content with legal/HR experts, ensuring timely execution and smooth delivery of course modules, and communicating proactively with learners to resolve queries, offer guidance, and enhance learning outcomes.

Key Requirements:

  • Graduate degree in Law or Human Resource Management (or both)
  • Strong interest or prior experience in HR/legal compliance
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage virtual sessions and engage effectively with learners
  • Prior experience in HR policies, labour law compliance, employee relations, or employment law is an advantage
