As a seasoned Business Analyst, you will be responsible for driving innovation and project success by collaborating with clients to tackle digital transformation challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Order Management Expertise: You will leverage your expertise in ServiceNow Order Management and Data to deliver innovative solutions.
  • Data Migration: You will work with subject matter experts on mappings and manage large data extractions converting them into the right ServiceNow target format.

You will have a strong understanding of data objects in the context of order management processes (accounts, sold products, functional products, CIs, contacts, contracts). This role requires excellent written and oral communication skills in English, with the ability to adapt communication to diverse audiences. Excellent interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and open mindset are essential.

Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst with focus on Order Management and Data.
  • Expertise in data activities including order management knowledge and experience in data migration from external tools to ServiceNow.
  • Ability to understand functional aspects of data and work with subject matter experts on mappings.
  • Experience in managing large data extractions and converting them into the right ServiceNow target format.
  • Desirable experience in advising best practices on order management data modeling and its impact on processes.
  • Strong understanding of data objects in the context of order management processes.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
  • Ability to adapt communication to diverse audiences.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and open mindset.
  • Ability to break down complex concepts and clarify effort and required changes.
  • Experience working in distributed multi-cultural teams.
