English Teacher Position

We are seeking an experienced educator to lead our English curriculum for students in Grade 4, 6, and 11.

Job Responsibilities:
  • To teach English according to established educational standards, promote intellectual growth, social development, and emotional well-being of students.
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters engagement and creativity.
  • Develop and deliver lesson plans that cater to diverse learning needs, including students with special requirements.
  • Monitor student progress, providing support and resources to enhance academic achievement.
  • Maintain effective communication with colleagues and parents to ensure the best possible outcomes for students.
Daily and Monthly Obligations:
  • Implement various teaching methods to create engaging opportunities for all learners, including those with special needs.
  • Design and distribute educational materials, assignments, and activities to support student understanding and progress.
  • Evaluate student growth, creating action plans based on individual performance data.
  • Track and report on student development, issuing grades, progress reports, and recommendations as needed.
  • Organize and execute educational activities, both in-class and outside the classroom.
  • Collaborate with Learning Specialists, School Counselor, Assistant Principal, and Principal to provide academic and social support to students.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Educational qualifications: Degree in English or Bachelor of Education.
  • Experience: Two years of teaching experience, fresh graduates may also apply.
