Environmental Sustainability Leader

This role requires a visionary leader who can integrate environmental responsibility into business operations and culture while fostering external partnerships to advance sustainability goals.

Define and lead the company's overall environmental responsibility strategy aligned with corporate goals and ESG commitments.


Guide the measurement, monitoring, and transparent reporting of environmental performance metrics, including carbon footprint, waste reduction, water usage, and energy efficiency.


CORPORATE-COMMUNITY PARTNERSHIP & OUTREACH:
Champion and expand the company's environmental outreach programs with communities, NGOs, government bodies, and other external stakeholders.

Foster strategic partnerships that promote environmental education, conservation, and sustainable development in communities impacted by company operations.

Represent the company as a thought leader at industry forums, conferences, and public engagements.


Collaborate with executive leadership and departments such as HR, Legal, Operations, Procurement, and Communications to embed environmental responsibility into the company's culture and decision-making.

Oversee the integration of environmental goals into corporate policies, employee engagement programs, and supply chain management.

Lead and mentor a team of sustainability professionals to execute projects effectively and foster continuous improvement.

We seek an individual with a Master's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business Administration, or related field. The ideal candidate will have ~10+ years of progressive experience in environmental management, corporate sustainability, or related leadership roles. Additionally, they should possess a deep understanding of environmental regulations, ESG frameworks (GRI, SASB, TCFD), and sustainability reporting standards.
