Job Description: Civil Engineer (Full-Time, On-Site – Hosur)We are seeking a skilled and motivated Civil Engineer to join our team at our Hosur facility. This is a full-time, on-site role that plays a key part in the design, development, and execution of civil engineering projects that support our natural stone processing and engineered quartz manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and implementing infrastructure projects, managing stormwater systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outcomes within project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:Plan, design, and oversee civil engineering projects related to plant infrastructure and site development

Develop stormwater management systems and ensure environmental compliance

Supervise site layouts, grading plans, drainage, and utility design

Conduct feasibility studies, cost estimates, and project scheduling

Collaborate with internal departments and external contractors to ensure smooth execution of construction and maintenance work

Monitor project progress, perform inspections, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards

Prepare and maintain engineering documentation, reports, and technical specifications

Recommend improvements for operational efficiency and sustainability

Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (Master's degree preferred)Proven experience in civil engineering design, planning, and site development

Expertise in stormwater management and environmental engineering principles

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar design software

Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork abilities

Prior experience in the natural stone processing or industrial manufacturing sector is a strong plus

Familiarity with sustainability practices in industrial projects is desirable
