Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor (Civil) to oversee and coordinate construction activities at our project site in Hosur, Tamil Nadu. The ideal candidate should have a B.Tech in Civil Engineering or a Diploma in Civil Engineering, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant site experience. The candidate must be willing to stay at the site until project completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure work progress as per schedule.
  • Coordinate with contractors, workers, and project management team.
  • Ensure quality control and adherence to technical specifications.
  • Maintain safety protocols and site cleanliness.
  • Prepare daily progress reports and update management regularly.
  • Manage materials, equipment, and workforce at the site.
  • Resolve on-site issues in coordination with the project engineer.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education: B.Tech (Civil) or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in site supervision for civil construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction drawings, materials, and safety standards.
  • Ability to handle manpower and coordinate multiple activities simultaneously.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Must know English and Tamil, Knowing kannada is a bonus
  • Must be willing to stay at site until project completion.
