Job Description:

We are looking for a Manpower Supervisor to manage and coordinate our workforce at the client site. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in supervising manpower operations, ensuring smooth workflow, and maintaining discipline and productivity among staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage manpower deployment at the site
  • Monitor attendance, work schedules, and shift allocations
  • Ensure workplace discipline and adherence to company policies
  • Liaise with the client for day-to-day manpower requirements
  • Report daily operational updates to management

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in manpower or site supervision
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to handle workforce-related challenges effectively
  • Basic computer knowledge for reporting and documentation
