Senior Quality Management Professional

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Quality Management Professional to spearhead the implementation of our quality strategy.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure flawless execution of final assembly and packaging processes by proactively identifying and addressing potential cosmetic, dimensional, or functional issues.
  • Lead the team in conducting thorough inspections of raw materials and supplied items to prevent errors and ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Monitor and optimize PCDMIS program performance to maintain dimensional measurement accuracy.
  • Drive innovation through new product introduction initiatives to enhance competitiveness and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategies to minimize downtime and ensure quality equipment uptime.
  • Leadership and Team Collaboration:
  • Lead 3 shifts to optimize production effectiveness and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Allocate resources efficiently within the production line to maximize productivity and reduce waste.
  • Ensure timely completion of Failure Analysis reports that meet customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with the production team to analyze problem areas using data visualization and quality tools.
  • Quality Improvement:
  • Implement corrective actions to eliminate non-conformities during internal and external audits.
  • Develop and maintain technical documents, including SOPs, policies, and work instructions.
  • Review rejected parts and make informed decisions on waivers for non-conformity.
  • Oversee traceability of rejected parts through effective maintenance practices.
  • Training and Development:
  • Promote Kaizen implementation and support the production team in adopting root cause analysis tools.
  • Optimize processes through 4M analysis to reduce cycle time and improve efficiency.
  • Train and educate the production team on advanced quality tools, such as fish bone diagrams.
