Project Coordinator Role

We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to join our team.

About the Job

The Project Coordinator will be responsible for managing all phases of commercial ICI construction projects from pre-construction to closeout. This includes developing project work plans, schedules, and milestones; providing regular updates to stakeholders; ensuring compliance with contract scope, safety standards, budget controls, and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
  • Coordinate with site supervisors to monitor on-site progress and address any field issues.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation using construction management software.
  • Handle project administration, including submittals, RFIs, shop drawings, change orders, site instructions, deficiency reports, and closeout packages.
  • Prepare cost estimates, bid packages, and tender submissions for ICI projects.
  • Issue and manage purchase orders for subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Track subcontractor invoices and prepare project billing and progress claims.
