Job Title: Project Scheduler Specialist

The Planning Manager plays a pivotal role in the success of major commercial projects. Key responsibilities involve:

  • Collecting and analyzing data to develop effective project timelines, monitoring progress, and controlling activity execution.
  • Creating construction schedules using MS Projects and preparing planning documents such as Progress S Curve, Earn Value Curve, and Manpower Histogram.
  • Developing project cash flow forecasts and estimating required budget allocations.
  • Resource planning in Excel and MSP, tracking resource utilization, and calculating efficiency of manpower and equipment based on actual progress.
  • Finding critical paths and preparing schedule impact reports for the project management team. Collaborating with internal departments to ensure smooth interfacing of construction activities, material, and equipment availability.
