Estimation and Planning Specialist

Seeking a skilled Estimation and Planning Specialist to lead project planning, scheduling, and tracking. The ideal candidate will have strong civil engineering background and experience in estimation for high-rise residential projects.

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing detailed project plans, identifying critical paths, and monitoring progress through regular reports.
  • Ensuring execution readiness by coordinating with internal departments.
  • Collaborating with site teams to analyze architectural drawings, quantify construction costs, and develop accurate cost projections.
  • Maintaining inflation-adjusted cost databases and updating forecasts based on scope changes.
  • Supporting procurement negotiations by evaluating vendor quotations and preparing cost comparisons.
  • Collaborating with design, execution, and finance teams to ensure alignment of estimates with project goals.
  • Preparing monthly progress and costing reports to support cash flow forecasting and identify potential risks.
  • Analyzing construction methodologies, materials, and market rates to optimize project costs.
  • Identifying and escalating project risks to ensure timely completion and within budget.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering with around 5 years of experience in estimation for high-rise residential projects.
  • Strong understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and market rates.
  • Hands-on experience with estimation software and MS Excel.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
