Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Technical Project Manager to spearhead our project at Intellect Design Arena Ltd.

  • The ideal candidate will have expertise in IT project management, preferably in product delivery, and an outcome-oriented attitude with the ability to drive multiple teams.
  • Prior experience of leading minimum one project in digital channels space (online or mobile banking) is mandatory, as well as banking project experience.
  • Familiarity with technology is required, although not a technical expert. The candidate should have managed a team size of 8-15 associates and possess strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget and to the desired quality.
  • Developing and implementing project plans, including resource allocation, timelines and budgets.
  • Ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members, stakeholders and clients.
  • Managing project risks, issues and changes, and developing mitigation strategies.
