Job Title: ServiceNow Practice Leader

Overview:

Looking for a highly motivated and qualified individual to lead, develop, and grow a successful ServiceNow capability and delivery unit.

The ideal candidate will have 18+ years of experience with the last 2-3 years in the role of a ServiceNow practice leader in an IT services company. They will possess deep industry expertise, understanding of the ServiceNow ecosystem, and strong leadership skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving delivery, client implementation, and business growth. They will also be responsible for talent planning, acquisition, and deployment, as well as employee experience and financial and operational effectiveness.

The selected individual will be comfortable working in a matrix organization with excellent communication and networking skills. They will be able to manage and influence a broad range of stakeholders in a global environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Drive delivery and client implementation
  • Lead talent planning, acquisition, and deployment
  • Ensure employee experience and engagement
  • Manage finances and operational effectiveness

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the ServiceNow ecosystem, market trends, and competitor products. They will also have experience in handling global responsibility and multiple accounts management with P&L responsibility.

The selected individual will be a seasoned ServiceNow technical/functional expert with strong client focus and ability to build and sustain high-performing teams.

Requirements:
