Job Description:

A senior-level technical leader is required to oversee the successful delivery of complex technology projects. This role combines technical expertise with leadership skills to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

The Technology Project Oversight Specialist will be responsible for end-to-end project management, ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder expectations.

  • End-to-End Project Management: Oversee the entire project lifecycle from initiation to delivery.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and support to project teams.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope.
  • Resource Management: Plan, track, and manage project resources, including budgeting and vendor management.
  • Agile Methodologies: Implement and promote Agile practices across teams to enhance collaboration and improve delivery speed.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks early in the project lifecycle and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that quality standards are integrated into the development process.
  • Performance Monitoring: Measure project progress using data-driven approaches.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Experience: 15-20 years of experience in technology delivery roles, with a strong track record of managing large-scale projects and teams.

Development Background: Significant experience in software development, including hands-on coding experience in relevant technologies.

Project Management Skills: Strong skills in project management methodologies and tools.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
