Job Title

A Senior Project Manager is required to lead complex implementation projects.

The successful candidate will be instrumental in delivering project excellence, exceeding client expectations, and motivating their team to perform at the highest level.

  • Taking ownership of assigned projects and ensuring successful execution from initiation to delivery.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for customers, steering project discussions and managing expectations.
  • Forefronting solution development and implementation while ensuring alignment with client requirements and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining a project tracker for each project and proactively escalating for leadership intervention.
  • Leading, mentoring, and managing a team of project managers and liaising with developers, QA, and other stakeholders involved in project delivery.
  • Fostering a collaborative and results-driven team environment, promoting accountability and professional growth.
  • Monitoring team performance and providing constructive feedback to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Tracking team's project trackers and daily scrum meetings to ensure timely delivery.
  • Ensuring JIRA adherence.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years in a senior/team handling role.
  • A proven track record of managing and delivering multiple high-impact technical projects on time.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, engaging effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
