Customer Support Analyst Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Analyst to join our team. This individual will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional support to US-based clients, utilizing their outstanding communication skills and ability to think independently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide top-notch support to US clients via various communication channels.
  • Leverage expertise in voice/non-voice support to resolve complex issues efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in customer support for US clients.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Able to operate with minimal supervision and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Goal-oriented mindset and self-motivation.
  • Multitasking skills and adaptability under pressure.
  • Detailed attention to detail and excellent telephone and spelling skills.
  • Solid typing and PC skills, including proficiency in MS Office.
