- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or personnel as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- Proficiency in using basic computer applications, such as web applications, Excel, and PowerPoint
