We are seeking a capable Technical Support Executive to join our team at Zebronics India Pvt Ltd.

  • Basic knowledge of Electronics, Speakers, Audio Amplifiers, Computer Operating System, and other IT products is essential.
  • Staying updated on the latest technologies, including Smart devices and IoT products, is vital.
  • Troubleshooting technical issues and resolving hardware and software faults are key responsibilities.
  • Effective communication with customers to identify and resolve their concerns is crucial.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for success in this role.
  • Candidates must be proficient in Hindi and English, with good knowledge of computers and Electronics.
  • Experience in technical support or a willingness to learn and grow with the company is desired.
  • Flexibility to work 6 days a week and adapt to new technologies is a must.
  • Additional language skills are an advantage.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Male candidates are preferred.
  • Fluency in Hindi and English is required.
  • Good knowledge of computers and Electronics is essential.
  • Experience in technical support is beneficial.
  • Freshers with a strong foundation in computers and Electronics can also apply.
  • Willingness to work in a voice-based process is required.
  • Additional language skills are an advantage.
