Investor Relations Specialist Role

We are seeking an experienced Investor Relations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in supporting investor relations activities and providing expert analysis.

  • Investor Relations-Sell Side: Develop and maintain effective relationships with investors, analysts, and other stakeholders.
  • Support IR with reports, financial models & investor data: Utilize industry-leading tools to analyze market trends, create comprehensive reports, and provide actionable insights to investors.
  • Maintain valuation models &analyze market trends: Leverage advanced modeling techniques to value companies and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Use Bloomberg, track industry updates & assist in investor queries: Stay up-to-date on the latest market developments and provide timely responses to investor inquiries.
  • Knowledge of DCF, EV/EBITDA, DuPont, credit ratios needed: Apply your expertise in financial modeling and analysis to drive informed decision-making.
  • Sell Side expMBA from Tier 1 or Tier 2 Colleges/CA/CFA Level 3 / ICWA: Hold a strong academic background in finance or a related field, and possess relevant certifications.
  • Should have experience of working with Sell Side Firm: Proven track record of success in a sell-side environment, with a deep understanding of the industry and its nuances.
