Debt Capital Market Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Debt Capital Market Specialist to originate complex capital market transactions, syndicate and structure debt solutions, and develop customized corporate finance products for target customers.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in debt syndication, credit underwriting, corporate banking, or structured finance, as well as in-depth knowledge of banking products, credit policies, restructuring norms, and debt resolution frameworks. They should also possess strong financial modeling, analytical, and documentation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Originate complex capital market transactions through group relationships and new client acquisition.
  • Syndicate and structure debt solutions, including term loans, acquisition finance, project finance, and other structured debt instruments.
  • Conduct market scoping and offer customized corporate finance products to target customers.
  • Prepare detailed deal documents, including industry analysis, commercial viability reports, financial models, and investor presentations.
  • Develop and review key transaction materials: Business Plans, Information Memorandums, Credit Appraisal Notes, CMA data, projections, and due diligence reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in debt syndication, credit underwriting, corporate banking, or structured finance.
  • In-depth understanding of banking products, credit policies, restructuring norms, and debt resolution frameworks.
  • Proven track record in managing complex DCM transactions and institutional investor relationships.
  • Strong financial modeling, analytical, and documentation skills.
