Job Opportunity: Capital Market Expertise

Capital Markets Professional Required

We seek a seasoned capital markets specialist to fill this key position. This role demands expertise in fundraising for listed and unlisted companies, public issues, private placements, initial public offerings (IPO), qualified institutional placements (QIP), foreign currency convertible bonds (FCCB), renounceable and non-renounceable rights issues, public issues of bond and debenture, buybacks of securities, takeovers, due diligence, and preparation of red herring prospectus and offer documents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proven experience with fundraising for listed and unlisted companies.
  • Advisory services to listed companies and market intermediaries on statutory and regulatory compliance.
  • Signing off on daily compliance obligations with Stock Exchanges and SEBI.
  • Experience in DCM and ECM.
Requirements:

Candidates with 3 to 5 years of experience are preferred. A strong understanding of relevant laws is essential.
