Capital Market Expertise Role

We are seeking innovative professionals with a passion for capital markets or seasoned generalists who excel at problem-solving and multi-disciplinary execution. This role combines the depth of expertise in capital markets with the versatility of working on diverse projects, much like a generalist in a CEO's office.

The ideal candidate will bring a mix of strategic thinking, business acumen, and execution prowess to drive communication strategies across the capital market lifecycle and beyond.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Research: Conduct in-depth research on capital markets, business, finance, and economics.
  • Advisory: Create compelling advisory / consultation documents for clients, or for internal corporate development.
  • Execution: Develop action plans and execution roadmaps, ensuring strategies are taken to completion.


As you grow in the role, your client-facing responsibilities may expand to include advising clients on complex scenarios, managing IPO communications, media relations, and investor engagement strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Deep expertise in capital markets & communications
  • Familiarity with financial storytelling, investment banking, and IPO processes
  • Exceptional analytical & storytelling skills
  • Proactive and multi-disciplinary approach
  • PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Engineer/CA + CFA/MBA Finance
