Job Opportunity: Capital Market Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Capital Market Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in fund raising for listed and unlisted companies, public issues / offerings, private placements, initial public offering (IPO), qualified institutional placement (QIP), foreign currency convertible bonds (FCCB), renounceable and non-renounceable rights issues, public issue of bond and debenture, buyback of securities, takeovers, due diligence, preparation of red herring prospectus and offer documents.

The selected candidate will also provide advisory services to listed companies & market intermediaries in the areas of statutory & regulatory compliances, including signing off on day-to-day compliance obligations with Stock Exchanges and SEBI such as continuous disclosure, listing criteria and regulatory filings.
