Senior Capital Markets Specialist

The primary focus of this role is to oversee the successful execution of initial public offerings (IPOs) from start to finish. This involves conducting thorough due diligence, preparing and submitting necessary documentation, as well as coordinating with various internal teams and external advisors.

To ensure a seamless process, you will need to stay up-to-date with relevant regulations and laws related to IPOs and public offerings. This includes managing regulatory queries, observations, and approvals with precision and professionalism.

You will serve as the main point of contact for clients during the IPO process, fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders, including promoters, board members, and senior employees of client companies.

In addition, you will assist in developing effective marketing strategies for IPOs, including planning investor roadshows, analyst meets, and other promotional events. Your responsibilities will also extend to liaising with research and sales teams to ensure accurate messaging to institutional and retail investors.

Accountability

Ensure timely and accurate reporting of all material data, maintaining transparency throughout the IPO process. You will work closely with third-party consultants, exchanges, and regulators to address any queries or concerns that may arise.

Competencies

This role requires an individual with a strong industry network, including connections with regulators and other authorities. You should possess excellent interpersonal skills, enabling you to build and maintain strong relationships with various stakeholders.
