Job Title: Proactive Learning Facilitator

We are seeking a highly skilled Proactive Learning Facilitator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging training content, providing personalized support to learners, assessing their progress, and incorporating feedback to enhance instructional strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Course Content Development: Design and develop high-quality training content that meets the evolving needs of learners.
  • Learner Support: Provide personalized support to learners, addressing their queries, and helping them overcome challenges.
  • Progress Assessment: Regularly assess learner progress, identifying areas of improvement, and implementing corrective actions.
  • Feedback and Improvement: Collect and incorporate feedback from learners, instructors, and other stakeholders to enhance training strategies.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience in Corporate Training: A minimum of [number] years of experience in delivering corporate trainings.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Education, Teaching, or a related field.

Work Arrangement:

The ideal candidate should be able to work independently and remotely, with flexibility to adjust to changing demands.

Timings:

4 hours or 8 hours daily online.
