Learning and Development Manager Role

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving our organization's learning and development initiatives.

This is a challenging opportunity for an experienced professional to lead the design, delivery, and evaluation of training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our associates.

The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying training needs, developing training plans, and implementing effective learning solutions that meet the organization's objectives.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Training & Development
      • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to drive business results
      • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop relevant solutions
      • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement
      • Maintain accurate records of training activities and outcomes
    • People Focus
      • Foster a culture of continuous learning and development among associates
      • Provide coaching and mentoring to support associate growth and development
    • Functional Competencies
      • Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
      • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
      • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
      • Proficient in MS-Office and other learning management systems
