Program Management Opportunity

This role presents a unique chance to lead the execution of corporate learning solutions, bridging technology, content, and sales teams. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex programs across diverse teams, with a strong background in cross-functional program leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic program roadmaps, aligning stakeholders on goals, timelines, and success metrics.
  • Collaborate with content production teams to communicate priorities and define which content should be built, ensuring alignment with customer needs and market trends.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities within corporate L&D, providing insights to strengthen product positioning.
Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's degree
  • 6–8 years of experience in program management, ideally in corporate learning, edtech, or related industries.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to launch and grow technology platforms.
  • Knowledge of the US corporate L&D landscape and a strong business acumen, connecting learning initiatives to customer and business outcomes.
