Job Title: Bid Manager

We are seeking a skilled Bid Manager to join our team at ZestIoT Technologies Pvt Ltd. As a Bid Manager, you will play a critical role in driving business growth by leading and managing the entire bid process.

The estimated salary for this position is around $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Quotations (RFQs) to understand client requirements.
  • Develop comprehensive bid strategies and plans.
  • Lead the preparation of compelling and persuasive bid proposals, including technical and commercial sections.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (sales, engineering, finance, legal) to gather necessary information and ensure timely delivery of proposals.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in bid preparation, bid management, and bid writing.
  • Strong understanding of proposal management and bid processes.
  • Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and time management skills.
