We are seeking a Brand Development Manager to join our team and help us shape the future of our brand.

This is a hands-on role where you will be instrumental in executing our marketing strategy, managing our digital presence and driving brand growth. As a Brand Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive brand marketing strategies. You will ideate, manage and launch micro-level to full-blown campaigns, from concept to completion.

You will also be responsible for managing all social media platforms, including content creation and scheduling. You will respond to social media inquiries and engage with our community.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of brand management principles and digital marketing trends. They will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to work both independently and collaboratively with agencies and internal teams.

Skills and Qualifications:

  1. A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in brand marketing or a similar role.
  2. Proven experience managing social media accounts and paid media campaigns.
  3. Strong understanding of brand management principles and digital marketing trends.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  5. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with agencies and internal teams.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

  1. Experience with SEO best practices and keyword research.
  2. Proficiency with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
