Job Description:

We are seeking a senior hospitality manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the production and presentation of food items, ensuring that they meet customer and client expectations while maintaining high standards of safety and hygiene.

The role requires strong leadership skills, as the candidate will be responsible for managing a team of cooks, MPWs, stewards, cashiers, and stores assistants.

In addition to leading the team, the senior hospitality manager will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of daily leftovers, planning and preparing production based on this data, and minimizing waste while recycling excess ingredients in accordance with the highest hygiene standards.

Other key responsibilities include ensuring timely communication of all possible on-site hazards to the concerned department, coordinating with the HR, QMHSE, and legal departments to ensure compliance with company policies, and ensuring that all systems and processes are implemented and followed as per company policy.

To succeed in this role, you will require excellent business acumen, a commitment to quality, strong financial and budgeting skills, sound written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to represent the company in a professional manner.
