Customer Service Sales Support

Our hospitality business is seeking a dynamic sales associate to join its team in Noida.

This role involves managing hotel booking inquiries via calls, emails, and WhatsApp chats, providing detailed information, and effectively converting leads into confirmed bookings.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and persuasion skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Handle inbound booking inquiries through calls, emails, and WhatsApp chats.
  • Provide accurate information regarding room availability, pricing, and current promotions.
  • Engage with potential guests to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
  • Upsell hotel services and packages to enhance booking value.
  • Manage booking modifications, cancellations, and special guest requests efficiently.

The successful candidate will collaborate closely with operations and front-office teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Gathering and sharing customer feedback will support continuous service improvement, and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams will drive monthly and quarterly targets.
