Position Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee and deliver consulting assignments through hospitality, tourism, and leisure. The successful candidate will lead multi-disciplinary teams, coordinate with clients and stakeholders, and ensure that all projects are executed on time and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project planning, execution, and delivery from initiation to completion
  • Define project scopes, objectives, timelines, and resource plans in alignment with client requirements
  • Coordinate and supervise consultant work to achieve project milestones
  • Serve as main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and expectation management
  • Prepare high-quality reports and strategic recommendations for clients
  • Monitor project risks and develop mitigation strategies
  • Support business development by managing proposals, timelines, and tender submissions

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field (Master's preferred)
  • 5-7 years of experience in consulting, preferably within real estate, tourism, or hospitality sectors
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools
  • Proven experience leading complex projects and multi-stakeholder teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and project collaboration platforms
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple assignments
