Job Title: Hotel Manager – Corporate Office

About the Position:

The Company is seeking an experienced Hotel Manager to lead its operations and drive growth. This individual will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day administrative and operational functions, ensuring excellence and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business strategies aligned with the company's vision and objectives.
  • Assist in managing hospitality assets, ensuring they meet international luxury standards.
  • Collaborate with hotel brands to maintain and enhance service quality and profitability.
  • Drive operational efficiencies and improvements across all assets.
  • Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee financial performance and profitability of the assets.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders, including hotel brand partners and senior leadership.
  • Identify growth opportunities within the Hospitality sector.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
  • 15 years of experience in the Hospitality industry, with 3 years in a leadership role as General Manager/ Unit Head of a Hotel with an International Hospitality Brand in India.
  • Proven experience in managing Hospitality Operations.
  • Strong Financial acumen and budgetary management experience.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
  • Familiarity with international luxury hotel brand standards and operations.
