We are seeking a visionary leader to manage overall hospital operations.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing strategic initiatives, ensuring regulatory compliance, optimizing resources, and driving operational excellence to deliver high-quality patient care.

About the Role:

  • Oversee day-to-day hospital operations across clinical and non-clinical departments.
  • Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and accreditation.
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient experience and service delivery.
  • Drive financial performance through effective budgeting, cost control, and resource optimization.
  • Develop and implement hospital policies, protocols, and performance improvement strategies.
  • Collaborate with medical directors, department heads, and stakeholders for seamless operations.
  • Monitor KPIs, operational metrics, and implement data-driven decision-making.
  • Lead crisis management, risk mitigation, and patient safety initiatives.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • MBBS with MBA in Hospital Administration (mandatory).
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in senior hospital administration.
  • Proven track record of managing large hospital operations.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
