Telecaller Executive

We are seeking a skilled professional to handle inbound and outbound calls, provide accurate information about hospital services, and maintain call records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle Inbound and Outbound Calls: Respond to patient inquiries, appointments, and follow-ups in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Provide Accurate Information: Offer timely and accurate information about hospital services, including doctor availability and schedules.
  • Maintain Call Records: Update CRM systems with accurate call data to ensure smooth patient experience.
  • Coordinate with Teams: Work closely with front office and clinical teams to ensure seamless patient care.

Requirements:

  • Graduate/Undergraduate: Possess good communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and English.
  • Prior Experience: Preference given to candidates with prior experience in hospital or healthcare telecalling (not mandatory).
  • Computer Proficiency: Basic computer skills, including MS Office and CRM systems.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, patience, and ability to handle patients with care.
