Key Role: Hospitality Revenue Manager
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to join our hospitality revenue management team. This critical role will be based at one of our premium resorts in South Goa, responsible for driving revenue growth and maximizing online sales through effective management of Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) across all group properties.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the Goa hotel market and seasonal booking patterns, as well as existing personal contacts with OTA representatives. Proficiency in OTA extranets, channel managers, Property Management Systems (PMS), and Excel reporting is essential.
Core Responsibilities:
- Strategically manage OTAs to optimize room inventory, rate parity, and promotions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with OTA account managers, ensuring seamless data exchange and optimal revenue yields.
- Monitor and analyze booking trends, pace reports, and market data to inform pricing and availability strategies.
- Generate comprehensive revenue reports, booking forecasts, and performance analysis to drive informed business decisions.
- Track competitor pricing and provide strategic recommendations to enhance revenue opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with front office/reservation teams to ensure accurate data flow and optimal operational efficiency.
- Work synergistically with the marketing and operations team to enhance brand visibility on OTA platforms.
