Job Overview

We are seeking an accomplished Business Development Leader to spearhead our growth initiatives. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business expansion and fostering strategic partnerships in the industrial automation sector.

About the Role

  • Spearhead new client acquisition and drive business growth through structured programs.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive client acquisition strategy for global and strategic accounts.
  • Nurture relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), consultants, and SPM manufacturers to accelerate lead generation.
  • Drive revenue growth across 80+ dealers by upscaling business from ₹200 Cr to ₹400 Cr in 2 years.
  • Upsell and cross-sell across automation product lines to maximize revenue per client.

Key Qualifications

  • 20+ years of experience in Sales & Marketing within Industrial Automation preferably across pneumatics, motion control, sensors, PLCs, and mechatronics.
  • Proven success in acquiring and managing strategic accounts in the industrial automation domain.
  • Demonstrated expertise in dealer/channel management with Pan-India exposure.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills with direct customers, consultants, and industry influencers.
  • Solid commercial acumen with the ability to structure large, complex deals.
